These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of GPS Field Area Measure ("App", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using GPS Field Area Measure, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About GPS Field Area Measure
GPS Field Area Measure provides GPS and map-based tools that help users measure or estimate land areas, fields, plots, boundaries, routes, and distances.
The App may use Google Maps and your device's location services to provide map and GPS-based functionality.
Certain features may be available for free, while additional premium features may require an active subscription.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws.
If you use the App on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Free and Premium Features
GPS Field Area Measure may provide a combination of free and premium features.
Free features may be used without purchasing a subscription, subject to any limitations displayed within the App.
Certain features, tools, functionality, or content may be identified as premium and require an active subscription.
The availability and scope of free and premium features may change as the App is updated. Any material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and App Store requirements.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
GPS Field Area Measure may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Available subscription plans, billing periods, prices, and included benefits are displayed within the App before you confirm a purchase.
Prices may vary depending on your country or region and may be displayed in your local currency where supported by the App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
The applicable renewal price will be presented according to Apple's App Store purchase and subscription system.
5. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple's policies, cancellation does not immediately terminate access to premium features.
After cancellation, you may continue to access applicable premium features until the end of your current paid subscription period.
Once the subscription expires, premium features may become unavailable. Features offered for free may remain available.
Deleting GPS Field Area Measure from your device does **not automatically cancel your subscription**.
6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
From time to time, we may offer a free trial, introductory price, promotional offer, or other subscription offer.
If such an offer is available, its duration, eligibility requirements, price, and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase.
Unless cancelled in accordance with the terms shown at purchase, a trial or introductory offer may convert to the applicable paid subscription.
Eligibility for promotional or introductory offers may be determined by Apple.
7. Restore Purchases
Where applicable, the App provides functionality to restore eligible purchases.
If you reinstall the App or use another eligible Apple device associated with the same Apple ID, you may use the Restore Purchases option to restore an eligible active subscription.
Restoration is subject to Apple's App Store purchase records and policies.
8. Payments and Refunds
Subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly process or store your payment card information for App Store purchases
Billing, payment authorization, subscription management, and eligible refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Approval of a refund is determined according to Apple's applicable refund process and policies.
9. Location Services
Certain features require access to your device's location.
With your permission, GPS Field Area Measure may use location information to:
* Determine your current location
* Display your position on the map
* Provide GPS-based measurements
* Calculate or estimate area and distance
* Support other location-based measurement features
You can control location permissions through your device settings.
Disabling location access may prevent certain features from functioning properly.
10. Google Maps and Third-Party Services
GPS Field Area Measure may use Google Maps Platform, including Google Maps SDK for iOS, to provide interactive maps and related functionality.
Your use of Google Maps functionality may also be subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
The App may also use third-party services for functions such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, or other technical services.
Third-party services operate according to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer
GPS Field Area Measure is designed to assist with area and distance measurements. Results should be considered estimates.
Measurement accuracy can be affected by factors including:
* GPS signal strength
* Device hardware and sensors
* Satellite availability
* Internet or network conditions
* Environmental conditions
* Buildings, trees, or other physical obstructions
* Map data
* Location accuracy
* Points selected by the user
We do not guarantee that measurements, coordinates, areas, distances, or boundaries generated by the App will always be exact or error-free.
12. Not a Substitute for Professional Surveying
GPS Field Area Measure is intended as a measurement aid and general-purpose tool.
It is not a substitute for certified land surveying, legal property boundary determination, engineering certification, or other professional services where legally recognized or officially certified measurements are required.
Do not rely solely on measurements generated by the App for legal disputes, official property boundaries, land transactions, construction certification, or other situations requiring professionally verified measurements.
Where precise or legally binding measurements are required, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
13. Saved Measurement Data
The App may allow you to save measurements, coordinates, projects, or related information.
You are responsible for maintaining any records that are important to you.
We do not guarantee that locally stored information will remain available following device loss, deletion of the App, operating system changes, data corruption, or other technical events.

14. Advertising
The App may display advertisements.
Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising partners. Those providers may process certain device or usage information according to their own privacy policies and applicable permissions.
The presence or frequency of advertisements may differ between free and premium versions of the App where applicable.
Any premium benefit relating to advertisements will be described on the applicable purchase screen.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
* Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
* Interfere with the normal operation or security of the App.
* Attempt unauthorized access to the App, servers, systems, or related services.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
* Use the App in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
* Misrepresent estimated GPS measurements as certified professional measurements.
* Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
16. Intellectual Property
The App and its original software, interface, graphics, branding, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.
17. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection, use, storage, and handling of information are described in the GPS Field Area Measure Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that certain features may require permissions such as location access.
You can manage applicable permissions through your device settings.
18. App Availability and Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality, security, compatibility, performance, or user experience.
Features may be added, modified, or discontinued over time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available indefinitely, in every country, or on every device or iOS version.
Some functionality may depend on third-party services, internet connectivity, GPS availability, or device capabilities.
19. Disclaimer of Warrantie
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GPS Field Area Measure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
* Continuous or uninterrupted availability
* Error-free operation
* Exact GPS positioning
* Exact map information
* Exact area or distance measurements
* Compatibility with every device
* Availability of every third-party service
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes losses resulting from reliance on GPS coordinates, map information, area calculations, distance calculations, or estimated property boundaries.
You are responsible for independently verifying measurements where accuracy is important.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
21. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary due to misuse, violation of these Terms, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
Termination of access to the App does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, subscriptions, services, legal requirements, or business practices.
When these Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date may be changed accordingly.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
23. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded GPS Field Area Measure through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the App developer and not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content except to the extent required under applicable law or Apple's applicable terms.
Your use of the App must comply with the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store policies.
Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of applicable provisions of these Terms where required by Apple's terms.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country or region.
